Hum apne customers ko behtar shopping experience dene ke liye 24 Hours Return & Refund Policy offer karte hain.

1. Return Period

• Product receive hone ke 24 ghante ke andar return request submit karni hogi.

• 24 ghante ke baad ki gayi return request generally accept nahi ki jayegi.

2. Return Conditions

Return ke liye product:

• Unused aur original condition mein hona chahiye.

• Original packaging, tags aur accessories ke saath hona chahiye.

• Product damaged, washed ya altered nahi hona chahiye.

3. Damaged / Wrong Product

Agar aapko wrong, defective ya damaged product receive hota hai, to 24 ghante ke andar humein inform karein aur product ki clear pictures/video provide karein.

4. Refund

Return approve hone aur product receive/inspect hone ke baad refund process kiya jayega. Refund original payment method ya agreed payment method ke through diya ja sakta hai.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Used, damaged by customer, missing accessories/tags, ya customer ki negligence ki wajah se damaged products return/refund ke liye eligible nahi honge.

6. Important

Return request 24 hours ke andar submit karna mandatory hai. Return eligibility final inspection ke baad confirm ki jayegi.
